Crossfit Claregalway, also known as The Unit Gym, is a community-focused gym at Claregalway Corporate Park in Co. Galway offering CrossFit, HYROX, Olympic weightlifting and personal training. Classes are led by Level 1 CrossFit coaches in dynamic 60-minute sessions suitable for all ages and abilities, with elite gymnastics coaching and progressive scaling.

As an official HYROX affiliate, the gym runs regular HYROX classes that simulate the race experience. Olympic weightlifting is available in semi-private groups or one-on-one by appointment, alongside one-to-one and semi-private personal training. A team of six trainers runs a live timetable via an app, open seven days a week, and new members can book a one-week free trial.
