CrossFit Croí is a fully affiliated CrossFit box in Athlone, Co. Westmeath, built around the idea that progress and success come from the support of a group with a common goal. Classes are kept small to ensure quality coaching, and all ages, abilities and fitness levels are catered for.

CrossFit sessions run every day of the week, with early-bird classes at 7am and two evening time slots. The studio also holds yoga classes twice a week and has a physical therapist on site specialising in sports therapy, along with a range of alternative therapies and Paleo foods, Nutrilite and XS Sports Nutrition products.

On Fridays you can bring a friend for free or try a free CrossFit class to get a feel for the community.
