CrossFit Limerick 4

CrossFit Limerick is a CrossFit box in Limerick offering coached CrossFit classes, CrossFit Endurance sessions and 45-minute Fitness Express classes. Each CrossFit class runs through a warm-up and mobility, gymnastics skills and progressions, strength and weightlifting, the workout of the day and a cool-down.

Programming is constantly varied, suitable for all abilities and scaled to the individual. Endurance classes focus on running, rowing, assault bikes, ski ergs and skipping, while Fitness Express uses functional movements without barbells or gymnastics and is open to members and non-members.

The box also runs HYROX training, offers drop-in sessions and free trial classes, and gives members the option of unlimited or class-pack memberships booked through the Glofox app. A webshop sells club and HYROX merchandise.
