Crynyoga offers gentle, therapeutic yoga with a focus on deep relaxation and healing. All classes include a Yoga Nidra component — a guided relaxation practice that calms the mind and restores balance to body and emotions. No prior yoga experience, special clothing or equipment is required.

Classes are tailored to participants on the day and integrate breath awareness, simple anatomy and meditation. Online Yoga Nidra sessions run weekly on Zoom, and in-person restorative and therapeutic yoga is available for individuals, couples or small groups.
