Cykl Haus Boutique is Chiswick's premiere indoor cycling and fitness studio, offering a unique 'silent disco' spin experience where riders wear wireless headphones so the music plays directly in their ears while the instructor guides them through class.
The studio offers a wide range of classes — from early morning and express rides to rhythm & ride, spin & sculpt, HIIT combos, yoga fusion, and solo ride slots — as well as personal training and nutrition plans. Complimentary towels, water, and headphones are provided, with showers and changing facilities on site.
