Dawn Sawyer Fitness is a community-based fitness operation run by Dawn Sawyer, who has been in the fitness industry for over 26 years and has been running indoor fitness classes since 1999. Dawn offers a wide range of group exercise classes across multiple community venues in Luton and Dunstable, including Pilates, Aerobics, Zumba, Mature Movers, and Lift Lean.

At St Margarets Parish Centre on Lucas Gardens, Luton, Pilates classes run on Monday mornings (10:00–11:00am and 11:10am–12:10pm) and Wednesday evenings (6:45–7:45pm and 7:45–8:45pm). The approach focuses on sustainable lifestyle changes rather than quick fixes, with an inclusive, supportive and non-judgemental environment aimed particularly at women in midlife.

Dawn is a qualified Pilates mat work instructor (Level 3) and holds qualifications in Exercise to Music (Level 2), Zumba, and Clubbercise.
