Declan Does Yoga offers accessible yoga classes for all levels at Restoration Yard, Dalkeith Country Park. Tuesday evening classes run 7.15–8.30pm, guiding you through a full-body stretch that builds strength, improves balance and stills the mind. Private one-to-one tuition and small-group sessions are also available, tailored to specific needs, hobbies or health goals.

The practice draws on Yoga Nidra during relaxation for a deeper mental benefit, and mindfulness is woven throughout. Whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced yogi, all you need to bring is yourself and some water.
