Dennehy's Health & Fitness Blackpool

Dennehy's Health & Fitness Blackpool is one of four Dennehy's gyms across Cork (Blackpool, Ballincollig, Douglas and Penrose Dock), all covered by a single membership. The clubs offer free parking (excluding Penrose Dock), long opening hours and on-site changing and shower facilities.

Members can choose from over 100 trainer-led classes each week, including spinning and functional training sessions, or use the strength and cardio equipment on the gym floor, with qualified staff on hand to help. Personal training is available in 30- or 60-minute sessions, 1-3 times a week over 6-week packages, and an on-site physio or sports therapist offers sports massage.

Classes are booked through the Dennehy's app on iOS and Android, or at reception. The Blackpool club recently added new machines. Platinum membership includes unlimited classes and gym access at all four clubs with a complimentary assessment and personalised gym programme.
