Dennehy’s Health & Fitness Douglas

Dennehy's Health & Fitness is a Cork gym group with four clubs (Ballincollig, Blackpool, Douglas and Penrose Dock) run under one membership. Members get a gym floor with strength and cardio equipment, plus access to over 100 trainer-led classes a week in dedicated spinning and functional training studios.

Personal training is offered in 30 or 60 minute sessions, 1 to 3 times a week over 6-week blocks. Free parking (excluding Penrose Dock), long opening hours and on-site changing and shower facilities are available, and classes are booked through the Dennehy's app.

Platinum membership includes unlimited classes and gym access across all four clubs, while Full Peak membership covers gym access with pay-as-you-go classes. New members receive a complimentary assessment and a personalised gym programme. An on-site physio or sports therapist offers sports massage.
