Dennehy's Health & Fitness Penrose Dock is one of four Cork City gyms run under the Dennehy's brand (alongside Blackpool, Ballincollig and Douglas), with one membership covering all four clubs.

Members can use a strength and cardio gym floor, join over 100 trainer-led classes a week in dedicated spinning and functional training studios, and book sessions through the Dennehy's app. Personal training is available in 30 or 60 minute sessions, 1 to 3 times a week over 6-week packages, and members get a complimentary assessment and personalised gym programme.

Changing and shower facilities are on site, and an on-site physio or sports therapist offers sports massage. Parking is free at the other clubs but not at Penrose Dock.
