Educogym Dundrum is a personal training gym inside Dundrum Town Centre in Dublin 16, built around short, supervised one-to-one sessions. Members train for 20 minutes, three times a week, on a structured plan tailored to their goals and fitness level.

Each programme starts with a consultation and an InBody 570 body composition scan, followed by coached sessions on the Time Machine® equipment and simple, sustainable nutrition coaching with no starvation diets. The Educo model is described on the site as based on a 12-day university study.

The Dundrum team is made up of qualified, Educogym-certified personal trainers, and the gym is open Monday to Saturday with sessions booked in advance. It is a short walk from the Dundrum LUAS stop, and the centre has parking. Beginners are welcome, and trainers can adapt sessions around injuries or health conditions.

A free consultation and trial options are available for newcomers.
