FIREFIT Churchtown is a small-group training studio based in the De La Salle Sports Centre on Upper Churchtown Road, Dublin 14, with free on-site parking.

It offers five class types on one membership: Build strength and conditioning (capped at 8 to 12 people), Burn (a 50/50 mix of spin and functional HIIT), Heated Spin with Polar heart-rate tech, Hyrox race-style functional fitness, and Reformer Pilates.

The studio has dedicated strength rooms, a heated spin studio, a Reformer room and a cardio and Hyrox floor, and is open early mornings, evenings and Saturday mornings. Every session is led by a qualified coach, with progress check-ins and body-composition scans, and an onsite physio and performance team.

The atmosphere is welcoming to beginners and people returning to training, with a strong community feel built around socials, challenges, race trips and events like FIREFEST. New members can start with a €50 two-week unlimited intro that includes a guided tour, with no contract.
