Elaine's Yoga is a boutique Iyengar yoga studio in North London, led by fully qualified Iyengar teacher Elaine, who has been practising yoga since the age of 11. Classes are held in her purpose-built Sky Studio, which features ropes and straps, as well as online via Zoom.

Offering 90-minute sessions for all levels — from complete beginners to more experienced practitioners — Elaine provides clear guidance on alignment, breathing, and posture. Private lessons are also available, and children aged 11 and over are welcome at a discounted rate.
