EM Fitness and Nutrition is a personal training and fitness studio in the Westside Centre on Model Farm Road, Cork. Built over more than 10 years from a small personal training business, it is now run by a team of experienced personal trainers who focus on sustainable, balanced results rather than quick fixes or fad diets.

The studio offers one-to-one and small group personal training, buddy training, team sessions, pole fitness, online coaching and tailored nutrition coaching, which is included free with personal training plans. Each client works with one dedicated trainer, with regular check-ins and accountability.

Weekly fitness classes suit all levels and combine resistance training, cardio conditioning and HYROX-style functional work such as running intervals and sled exercises. There is free parking outside and full showering facilities.
