Signature Health & Fitness is a private personal training studio in Cork, founded in 2012 by director Frank Long and run alongside nutrition coach Christine. The studio offers one-to-one personal training, buddy sessions and small-group training (3-4 people to one trainer), plus injury rehab, pre- and post-natal training, and online training with tailored nutrition plans.

Programmes are built around each client's goals and abilities, with free weekly weigh-ins and bi-weekly measurements, and welcome all fitness levels from age 16 to 70+. New clients can book a free 15-minute consultation or start with a five-session introduction package.

The studio also rents out group fitness space, a small therapy/office room and personal training space to independent trainers.
