The Training Studio Frankfort Avenue (Downtown)

The Training Studio is a coached personal training and small-group strength studio in Louisville, KY, operating since 1996 from two locations: Frankfort Avenue and St. Matthews. Every session is programmed and led by a coach, with group sessions capped at twelve people and no unsupervised floor time.

The method is functional strength built on squats, pushes, pulls and carries, plus core strength, balance and stabilization.

Seven programs cover every level of attention: Kickstart (eight one-on-one half-hour sessions over 30 days), the unlimited Get Fit & Stay Fit coached group membership, semi-private Premiere Coaching for three to six people, one-on-one Executive Coaching, a seasonal Saturday Running Club training toward the Kentucky Derby Festival mini marathon, Fit3D body scanning, and nutrition coaching with founder Dale Benedict.

One membership covers both studios, with no per-location upcharge or joining fee, and Fit3D scans are included for active monthly members. Six of the seven coaches began as members. New people can start with a free first class or a free 30-minute consultation.
