Embody Reformer Pilates is a boutique studio in Bray, Co Wicklow, based at the Egan Business Centre on Upper Dargle Road. Led by Pilates educator Jess Gormley, the team offers Reformer Pilates in small classes capped at eight people, so instructors can tailor exercises to each person.

The timetable runs from beginner and prenatal-friendly Reformer sessions through mixed-level and intermediate classes, alongside Mat Pilates, Barre and Yoga, including Yin Yoga, in a separate mat studio. Private Pilates sessions and teacher training are also available.

Men and women of all fitness levels are welcome, and first-timers are asked to arrive ten minutes early to meet their trainer and get a quick rundown on the Reformer. Grippy socks are sold in the studio, and booking is done online.
