YogaBlanyH is a small Bray-based practice run by Blány Henderson, offering traditional yoga and Ayurvedic therapies under the motto 'Ancient Wisdoms for Modern Living'. Classes include a mixed-level Vinyasa Krama, designed to calm restlessness in preparation for pranayama and meditation, and a playful Kids Yoga class.

Ayurvedic treatments include Mukha Abhyanga face massage and Face Marma Therapy, with a 6-week Ayurveda Face Lift programme. Corporate yoga offers lunchtime and half-day workshops for workplaces, and quarterly Yoga & Reiki workshops are held with Niamh. The approach is to guide students toward self-practices they can take beyond class and into self-inquiry.

Classes run at venues around Bray, including the Bray Chamber on Prince of Wales Terrace and Mynd Therapy on Albert Walk.
