Essex Boot Camp (EBC) is an established outdoor bootcamp network that has been running for over 15 years across 26 locations in the UK, including a site at Felsted School Sports Field. EBC offers 400+ one-hour outdoor sessions per year, with programmes designed for all fitness levels.

The focus is on functional training, community, and sustainable lifestyle change rather than short-term results. In addition to outdoor sessions, members can access EBC TV for 24/7 online training with qualified instructors. The network also offers personal training, corporate programmes, a 60-day challenge, and regular events such as the EBC Games and group mountain climbs.
