Ethos Yoga is a boutique hot yoga studio in Holywood, Northern Ireland, co-founded by Julie Davis and Dr Elizabeth Welty with a combined 30 years of studio experience. The studio offers a thoughtfully crafted three-tier class system: Solar (hot, energising flows), Lunar (calmer, restorative practices), and Eclipse (therapeutic movement and mobility).
Powered by an advanced infrared heating system, a heat exchange system, and an integrated humidity system, every session is designed to feel powerful yet comfortable. With expert teachers, a welcoming community, and classes ranging from beginner-friendly Ignite to dynamic Sculpt and deep Yin, Ethos is where movement meets a little bit of magic.
