Everybody Ballet offers adult ballet classes at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden, taught by current and former dancers from The Royal Ballet. Classes follow a traditional ballet structure — barre, centre practice, and small jumps — and are available at Beginner Level Two and Intermediate level on Monday and Thursday evenings.

The programme combines classical ballet principles with targeted stretching and core conditioning to build strength, flexibility, posture, and coordination, while the setting at the Royal Opera House provides an inspiring artistic environment with world-class professional insight.
