Everybody Ballet offers adult ballet classes taught by current and former Royal Ballet dancers, held at the Royal Opera House in Covent Garden. The programme draws on classical ballet principles combined with targeted stretching and core conditioning, helping students build strength, flexibility, grace, and core stability.

Classes follow a traditional ballet structure with barre and centre practice, leading to small jumps, and are suitable for all levels from beginners upwards (age 18+). Weekly evening classes run on Mondays and Thursdays, each offering a Beginner Level Two session followed by an Intermediate Ballet class.

Special Sunday sessions, weekend workshops, events, private coaching, and retreats are also available.
