Evolution Tralee is a locally owned coaching gym in the Horan Centre, beside Austin Stack Park in Tralee, Co. Kerry. Founded in 2022 by athletic therapist David Fitzgerald, it combines semi-private personal training, small group coaching, nutrition support and injury-informed training.

Every session is fully coached and follows a structured programme with clear progression, regular check-ins and accountability. The gym welcomes complete beginners, busy parents, professionals and athletes, with sessions typically lasting 45-60 minutes.

Specialist offerings include sports performance coaching, teen (13-17) and kids (7-12) programmes, postpartum fitness and athletic therapy. The space is equipped with barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cable and resistance machines and cardio equipment, with free parking outside. Memberships have no lock-in contracts or hidden fees, and new members can start with a free intro.
