PD Fitness (Physical Direction Fitness) is a private personal training studio in Tralee, Co. Kerry, founded by Head Coach Peter Donohue in 2017 and opened as a dedicated studio in August 2020 together with his wife Shannon.

The studio offers two coaching options: Premium one-on-one coaching with a bespoke programme, nutrition plan and progress reviews, and Semi-Private coaching where two clients train side by side, each with an individually tailored programme.

The approach combines expertly programmed workouts, nutrition guidance, accountability and community, aimed at people who have had a stop-start relationship with exercise and dieting. The private, fully equipped studio suits clients who feel anxious in commercial gyms as well as sports-specific clients.

The studio promises results within 90 days, works without contracts or cancellation fees, and offers a free fifteen-minute discovery call.
