6-Week Kickstart programme for new members

We pass your request on to the studio

Evolutis Sport & Fitness is a small-group personal training gym in Coolock, North Dublin, built for adults over 40 from Coolock, Artane and Raheny. Sessions are structured and progressive, with a maximum ratio of 10 members to each coach. The focus is on building strength, losing weight, moving better and easing everyday aches and pains.

There are no mirrors, no crowds and no egos, so beginners and people who have never felt at home in a gym are made to feel welcome. Newcomers can start with the 6-Week Kickstart programme, which includes coach support, accountability and training and nutrition guidance.

The unit also offers studio and gym space hire for classes, workshops and sports teams, with free on-site parking, changing rooms and WiFi.
