Irish Fit Coach

Irish Fit Coach is a community-focused gym in Dublin offering expert coaching, personalised training and a welcoming atmosphere at two locations, Killester and Palmerstown.

The timetable spans strength, circuits, HIIT, BoxFit, Hyrox: Tryka, Spin & Shred, Pilates and yoga, alongside small group training and one-to-one personal training tailored to individual goals and experience. Dedicated over 60s functional training classes focus on strength, mobility and balance, and are also held at community centres in Palmerstown and Bawnogue.

Founded by owner and personal trainer Fran, who began coaching one-to-one clients in Raheny in 2019, the studio aims to build a comfortable, supportive community where members of all levels can excel. New members can start with a single class pass, a two-week trial or two personal training sessions.
