KoCoon Fitness

KoCoon Fitness runs small group training classes in its own training complex, with workouts changed three times a week and constantly varied. Sessions suit everyone from complete beginners to advanced clients.

The signature KoCoon Fit class combines strength work with high-intensity exercise in a supportive class setting, teaching safe movement, boosting metabolism and helping clients build healthier habits. Personal training is also available as 1-on-1 sessions, small group training and sports team training, alongside new Mum & Baby sessions.

Classes are bookable online through a timetable, with memberships and packages available, and clients praise the challenging but scalable workouts and motivating trainers.
