The Workshop

The Workshop is a coached CrossFit gym in the basement of the Studio building on Magennis Place, just off Pearse Street in Dublin 2, a two-minute walk from Pearse Street DART and close to Trinity College.

Led by founder Coach Gaz, it runs instructor-led classes capped at 15-20 people, with sessions covering mobility, a warm-up, strength or skills work, and a varied workout that mixes lifting, running, ergs, gymnastics and bodyweight training. Programming aims at well-rounded fitness, including HYROX preparation, and movements are scaled for beginners, returners and visitors.

The custom BLK BOX fit-out includes changing facilities and a premium towel service. New members can try a free first class, and drop-ins, Wellhub users and personal or corporate training are also catered for.
