BeatBox Merrion

BeatBox is a boutique boxing and fitness club in Dublin 2, with two studios on Mount Street Upper (Merrion Studio) and Lower Leeson Street (Leeson Studio). Coached classes include Box HIIT (Box HIIT, Box Sweat and Box Strong), Hybrid Hyrox-style workouts with rowers, dumbbells and outdoor runs, Muay Thai with partner pads and bag work, and private 1-1 padwork.

Small-group mat Pilates by RONE runs in both studios, and the Merrion Studio has a sauna and cold plunge for recovery after class. Signature sessions combine curated playlists, immersive lighting and precision-timed movement, and every move has an easier version, so first-timers are welcome. A €14.
