Excape Portmarnock is one of six Excape studios across Dublin and Kildare, offering small-group personal training that is beginner-friendly and coach-led. Sessions are capped at 8 people, so coaches know every member by name, programme and progress.

Members start with a welcome consultation call, then follow a personalised programme tracked session by session, with three sessions a week as the recommended rhythm. Early morning, evening and Saturday morning sessions can be booked a week ahead through the Excape app. The Portmarnock studio serves Portmarnock, Malahide, Kinsealy, Swords and Donabate.

Around the training, members join a run club, golf society, talks and workshops, and social events.
