Diamond Fitness is a small-group fitness studio in Portmarnock, Dublin 13, specialising in 35-minute, coach-led classes. The timetable covers HIIT-style SWEAT sessions, strength classes, WORK conditioning, Hybrid, Tryka and Hyrox training, with sessions running from early morning to evening.

Classes are kept small for personalised attention and are suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to advanced members. Mornings use a Dual-Zone format, with two classes running at once upstairs and downstairs for more choice and less crowding.
