Phyx Move To Improve is a boutique functional training and rehabilitation studio in Douglas West, Cork, built around a band-based exercise system. Its circuits combine physical and physio-style exercise, tailored to each client's goals, to deliver a full-body workout in just one hour per week.

The programme has two strands: Phyx Rehabilitation, which supports physical recovery, and the Phyx Exercise System, designed for long-term strength and mobility. Sessions are one-to-one or in small groups, in a friendly environment, and suit all ages and fitness levels.

The studio is led by John Dillon, creator of the TST method, who developed his approach through his own injury rehabilitation. Sessions are by appointment only, Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm and Saturday 8am to 5pm.
