Federation Gym is Manchester's premier city centre gym for Bodybuilding, Powerlifting and Weightlifting, established in October 2023.
Spread across a 5,000 sq ft air-conditioned space, it features over 45 hand-selected premium resistance machines, 5 deadlift platforms, 3 squat racks, Eleiko weightlifting platforms and bars, calibrated and bumper plates, and dumbbells up to 70kg.
The gym also offers a dedicated posing room with expert lighting, a breakfast bar for meal prep, a cardio suite with a Stairmaster, a co-working lobby, and resident coaches specialising in bodybuilding, powerlifting and weightlifting. Federation Gym has a strict anti-filming policy and is open to athletes of all levels, from IFBB Pros to everyday fitness enthusiasts.
