FFS Gyms Pembroke District

FFS Gyms (Fitter, Faster, Stronger) is a Dublin training gym with locations on Leeson Street and in Dundrum Town Centre. The programming covers strength and conditioning, metabolic conditioning, functional conditioning and HYROX preparation, all built around helping members move better, get stronger and fitter, enjoy training and exercise consistently.

Beyond group workouts, FFS offers personal training, yoga, pregnancy and postnatal training, physio-led masters training and an in-house physio and rehab service. A team of coaches, personal trainers, physios and an athletic therapist supports members, and new members start with an induction. Bookings and the member app run through Momence.
