Fianna is a gym and wellness space on Merrion Road in Ballsbridge, Dublin, combining coached group training with open-gym access and a recovery spa. The class line-up covers CrossFit, HYROX, strength-only sessions, strength and run, pre and post natal training, and a physio-supported Masters 55+ programme, with options scaled from complete beginners to experienced athletes.
