First Class Fitness Gym

First Class Fitness is a welcoming, community-focused gym in South Dublin, a five-minute walk from Blackrock village. The 8,000 sq ft training space has a large range of free weights (over 6,000 kg), machines and functional training equipment, so members can train without queues.

Coached group classes, including StrengthFirst and HYBRID sessions, run in small groups across all experience levels, and personal training combines exercise coaching, nutrition guidance, goal setting and Fit3D body scanning for accurate progress tracking. Members can choose Gym Only access or add a sauna and ice bath recovery zone, which can also be booked per use.

The gym is open seven days a week, from 5:50am on weekdays, and aims to give beginners and experienced lifters alike a supportive, judgement-free environment.
