Underground Fitness

Underground Fitness bills itself as Ireland's largest group personal training facility, serving South Dublin with a semi-private group system. Members attend three 50-minute strength sessions a week, each with their own full workstation (rack, bar, bench, weights and cable machine) while coaches instruct and correct form throughout.

With around 70 weekly class times, classes capped at 15 and membership limited to 250, the focus is on coaching, flexibility and individual attention. Membership also includes an on-site recovery centre with sauna and ice baths, an open gym studio, HYROX workouts, yoga, kickboxing and workshops, plus a nutrition plan and progress tracking. Free on-site parking is available.
