The Physique Consultants (TPC) is a private, women-only group personal training studio in Dún Laoghaire, Dublin, on Pottery Road beside Lidl. Small groups are coached by experienced trainers, with separate beginner and advanced groups and sessions adapted for injuries, pre/postnatal and perimenopause stages.

Training is low-impact strength work, backed by bespoke nutrition plans and InBody body-composition tracking. New clients start with a 28-Day Challenge trial that begins with an in-person induction. TPC also offers one-to-one personal training, and the studio has won Best Boutique Gym at The Irish Fitness Industry Awards.
