Fighters Republic is a boxing gym based at Thames Valley Athletics Centre in Eton, Windsor, founded in November 2020 by head coach Ian Bailey — an ABAE & BBBofC licensed coach with 27 years' experience, 41 amateur bouts and 34 professional bouts, and a Southern Area Champion.

The gym offers boxing classes for all ages and abilities, including Little Champs (ages 5–8), Juniors (9–12), Youths (13–16), Adults (16+), Home-ed classes (ages 5–16), a specialist Neurodiverse children's programme (ages 4–12), and personal training for all ages. New training gear is available via the gym's online store.
