Fighting Fit Manchester is a martial arts and fitness centre offering a wide range of disciplines for all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned competitors. Classes include Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (Gi, No-Gi, and Competition), MMA, Boxing, Kickboxing, Capoeira, and Kobudo, alongside strength and conditioning, calisthenics, powerlifting, and personal training.

Dedicated beginners courses are available for Boxing, Kickboxing, BJJ, and MMA, and there are also kids and youth martial arts programmes. Free trial classes are available for selected beginner-friendly sessions, and memberships or course packages can be booked online via Wodify.
