Fit 100

FIT 100 is a training facility on Ballysimon Road in Limerick, built around a simple mission: a comfortable space where members can learn, perform and enjoy their training.

The gym floor has free weights, conditioning equipment and an indoor astroturf area, and the team offers one-to-one personal training, small-group strength and conditioning classes, in-house physiotherapy and rehab, and 5-a-side astro hire.

Group classes focus on the major compound lifts (squat, deadlift, bench press) with progression tracking and individualised guidance, and members book a rack for each 1h15 slot so there's no waiting around. Coaches come from personal training, strength and conditioning, physiotherapy and sports therapy backgrounds and work as a multidisciplinary team.

Personal training is available for adults and under-16s, with discounted 6- and 12-session packs and options for pairs or trios, and a €50 pay-as-you-go session to try things out. The facility is open early weekday mornings through to evening, with shorter weekend hours.
