Bríd has over 18 years of experience teaching fitness classes, personal training and running online fitness and meal-planning courses. Her qualifications include a B.Sc. in Exercise and Health Fitness, NCEF Advanced Personal Training, NCEF Mat Pilates Instruction, APPI Reformer Instruction and pre- and post-natal certification.

A signature 6-week online course is also offered, and the brand supports local charities such as Laois Domestic Abuse Service.
