Fitness Forté is a friendly, coaching-led fitness studio with locations in Drogheda and Swords, built for beginners and 'real people' who want to get stronger, fitter and more confident. Small, guided classes cover strength and conditioning, hybrid and cell sessions, with clear progression and close coach attention.

Its flagship Six Week Challenge is the usual way in, alongside specialist programmes for peri-menopause and menopause, post-partum women (Baby Body Fit Formula) and the over-60s Vitality Programme, plus child-friendly sessions. Early-morning classes, an encouraging community and all equipment provided keep things welcoming and low-pressure.
