LABFitness is a long-running, owner-led fitness studio at Boyne Business Park in Drogheda, founded by Spanish-born aerobics competitor Laura Armada-Buch (LAB are her initials), who has been teaching in Ireland since 1998.

The studio's centrepiece is a purpose-built Hot Yoga room heated to 42 degrees, with dedicated beginner classes, alongside the playful all-rounder workout Skinny Jeans (strength, conditioning and cardio) and high-energy Step Aerobics. Classes run on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, and Hot Yoga is usually booked up a week ahead, with a waiting list when it's full.

Members praise the welcoming, judgment-free atmosphere, clean studio and Laura's upbeat coaching, reflected in an excellent Google rating from 31 reviews. Booking is done through a simple online request form that is confirmed by email.
