FitNS Connect is a friendly, non-intimidating gym in Bray, Co. Wicklow, specialising in small-group training and personal training. Founded in 2019 by couple Sean and Nicole, it welcomes all fitness levels with structured, progressive programming.

The timetable centres on 45-minute strength classes built around compound lifts with accessory and core work, plus conditioning sessions, TRYKA classes and supervised open gym time. Members get heart rate monitors, online class booking and a 24/7 WhatsApp support group. Personal training clients receive tailored plans, nutrition guidance and regular coach check-ins.

Free parking, changing rooms and showers are on site, and new members can book a free trial class.
