Flow Holistic Care is a yoga studio and treatment room in Hurlers Cross, near Bunratty in Co. Clare, run by qualified reflexologist, yoga teacher and holistic therapist Gillian McGahon. Yoga classes include Power, Yin, Restorative and Kids Yoga for all ages and levels, with private sessions and mindfulness classes also available.

Alongside yoga, the studio offers 60-minute reflexology treatments, including fertility, maternity, postnatal, children's and lymphatic drainage specialisations, plus Reiki, Indian head massage (with a Shirodhara option), aromatherapy and cacao ceremonies. Day and evening appointments are available, and reflexology is part-refunded by the main Irish health insurers.
