Julie is a 200-hour Hatha yoga teacher trained with YTTC Dublin, with diplomas in Restorative, Pre & Post Natal and Sports Yoga from YTI Ireland, and she is also a qualified Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant.

Her classes are designed to build space and strength in the body, focus the mind and bring greater vitality, with a welcoming approach that suits all levels. Sports Yoga is aimed at athletes such as footballers, hurlers and runners who want to support performance and stay injury free.

Students describe the classes as warm, positive and grounding, and Julie also shares recipes and lifestyle tips through her blog.
