Fortify Fitness is a premium, family-run gym in Sudbury, Suffolk, founded by lifelong friends Johnny and Ben. Open 365 days a year from 5am to 10pm, the gym offers a fully equipped facility featuring free weights, competition plates and bars, state-of-the-art cardiovascular and resistance machines, and is HYROX affiliated.
The welcoming, no-judgement community is at the heart of everything they do, with access to personal trainers and on-site physios. Membership is flexible with no joining fees or contracts, and access is managed conveniently via the GymMaster app directly from your phone.
