Fruci Fit - Chippenham

Fruci Fit is a women-only personal training and fitness studio network operating across Wiltshire, with locations in Chippenham, Marlborough, and Devizes. It is designed specifically for women over 40 who want to get fit again in a friendly, non-intimidating environment at their own pace.

Sessions are fully adapted to each member's fitness level, injuries, and goals, with no mirrors, no judgement, and no 'one size fits all' approach. The network offers a range of coach-led sessions including strength, cardio, Pilates, mobility, yoga, and themed workouts, as well as support around food and mindset through its '3Fs' framework (Food, Fitness, Focus).

The Chippenham studio is part of this multi-location operation. New members can start with a 7-Day Trial for £10, which includes up to three sessions and an initial consultation. Sessions run from 6:30am to 7:30pm. Home-based options are also available.
