FUSE Gym Waterford is a community-focused gym in Tramore Road Business Park with free parking out front and a no-ego, beginner-friendly welcome. Every membership includes a Day 1 induction and a personalised training and nutrition plan.

The floor has a full Precor machine lineup, a plate-loaded section with a Smith Machine, squat racks, dumbbells up to 45kg and a conditioning zone with sled, TRX and battle ropes. A dedicated 19-bike spin studio and a separate fitness studio run daily classes including spinning, HIIT, circuits and strength and conditioning.

Personal trainers on the team cover fat loss, strength, women's metabolic health and Hyrox, and free PT consultations are available. It is open seven days a week, with memberships from €5.75/week on annual plans.
